ICRS launched a new ICRS Science Communication Fellowship in 2020. This award is available to ICRS members at any career stage and in any type of position to advance their communication skills.
Each Fellow is awarded $2,000 USD at the beginning of the year to pursue approved communication training activities (e.g., workshop, course, internship, academic, NGO, government, private sector). The training should be completed within six months to facilitate the Fellow engaging in, and contributing to science communication activities (in person or virtually) at ICRS scientific meetings and social media during the award year.
